**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: As the face of PetMax, you'll create sincere connections with pet parents. You'll not only welcome them (and their pets) into our store but also ensure a seamless checkout process and confirm that they've found everything they needed.

**Merchandising & Inventory**:Your role is vital in helping our pet parents find exactly what they need, exactly when they need it. You'll be responsible for implementing merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies to ensure optimal product availability and visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for pets and their well-being.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving inventory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Previous retail or pet industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and evenings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
