- A day in the role of a Care Associate at Cobourg Retirement Residence.
- As a Care Associate at Cobourg Retirement Residence, you will be gifted with a rewarding experience every day in the form of being able to see the exact impact you place on our residents.

This position is responsible for but not limited to:
- Performs a wide variety of tasks that may include general housekeeping, laundry, recreational activities and providing general assistance with personal care and daily living activities of residents,-
- Medicaton Administration
- TRAINED ON SITE-
- Provides direction and guidance to Residents in the provision of activities of daily living as per care plan,-
- Monitors Resident’s level of wellness and responds to medical emergencies,-
- Observing and reporting changes in the Resident’s physical and emotional condition to the Registered associates as required,-
- Maintains effective communication with Residents, families and fellow associates,-
- Promotes the Vision, Mission and Values of Lifetimes Living Inc. as well as the Residents’ Bill of Rights,-
- Serving of meals in the dining room,- Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications

Experienced in working with seniors in a Retirement Home setting-
- Current CPR & First Aid Certificate,-
- Knowledge and understanding of the Retirement Homes Act and other applicable legislation,-
- Familiar with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act,-
- Must have a clear vulnerable sector screen, no older than 6 months, TB test results less than 6 months old, must be able to provide three supervisory references.How to apply?
