- Job summary
- Within the Research and Development department, you will join our Active Monitoring DevOps team responsible to develop the next generation of probes integrating to our assurance solution monitoring IP networks. Your main responsibility will be to build tools to support our development team, while also participate to put in place the CI/CD infrastructure and tests automation in a cloud environment. - As part as a new Agile SCRUM team, we are looking for someone who- Favors face-to-face communication with team members over any other means
- Favors finishing work over starting work

- Favors small testable vertical increments over horizontal integration
- Favors automated tests over manual ones
- What we’re looking for
- Technical skills- In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps concepts
- Knowledge of development tools under Linux
- Knowledge of front-end development and languages such as TypeScript, NodeJS and Angular
- Knowledge of back-end development and Rust language (an asset)
- Knowledge of database management system and interface using SQL (an asset)
- Knowledge of cloud native development virtualization, microservices & CI/CD pipeline (an asset)
- Required aptitudes- Passionate and willing to learn
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Must have- Student in software or computer engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in software development
- Bilingual (French and English, oral and written)
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
