Minimum 4 shifts a week up to and including 2am closes. Kitchen closes at 2 am 7 days a week. Candiate must be comfortable with late nights.

We got you. Merk is a rogue kitchen, we don't conform to any specific form or style of cooking. At the end of the day, we want the product to be the best you can present. We don't serve bad things.

We are growing and expanding quickly and need your help to make it a success. In preparation for our summer season, we are looking for the right person to join us. We are a diverse team, we collaborate with our front of house team to create delicious treasures.

We are a small and mighty team, that works hard to keep our standards up and keep efficiency at the highest possible level.

Ideally starting training sooner than later, so you are confident as our busiest season approaches.

Please be prepared to work as soon as possible.

We are open until 2am 7 days a week.

Up to date, food handlers is a must.

Mimimum 4 years is a huge asset, no less than 1 year full time in professional kitchens will be considered.

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
