**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using a POS system
- Provide correct change and receipts with transparency and professionalism
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
- Keep the cashier station clean and organized for smooth operations
- Work with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure accurate order processing
- Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and pricing to assist customers
- Follow company policies, including cash handling, safety, and food safety regulations
- Strive to enhance the customer experience with professionalism and efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in cash handling, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong math and numerical skills for accurate transactions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volumne environment
- POS system experience is a must
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and professionally handle conflicts
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant standards
- Basic food safety knowlege is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or hospitality are a plus

Pay: $17.71-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
