**Summary**

**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for plant and building maintenance set forth by the Maintenance Manager.
- Follows plant maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance schedule.
- Completion of performed maintenance reports (preventative and corrective maintenance).
- Completion of Root Cause Failure Analysis reports for emergency/corrective maintenance.
- Ensures equipment, tools, and spare parts are accounted for and secured when not in use.
- Participates in preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance at facility.
- Maintaining qualifications through ongoing training programs of new and existing equipment.
- Ensures the efficient and reliable maintenance of the plant for optimized production.
- Requires a high degree of ingenuity to support the optimization of plant equipment through performance of corrective/preventative maintenance and the implantation of new products/methods.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Ensure materials/supplies are available to complete daily and assigned maintenance.
- Follow tool control and inventory program to support routine maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Millwright or Electrical Ticket will be considered an asset.
- Maintenance experience in a greenhouse setting will be considered an asset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Forklift experience.

**Work Conditions**
- Physical ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Safety equipment will be required, e.g., steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
- Overtime as required.
- Hazards associated with the trade.
- Work both indoors and outdoors
- Conditions in the greenhouse may be hot and humid in the summer. Outdoor work may also be required.
- Prolonged standing, walking, lifting, squatting, and bending.

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
