- **Browns SocialHouse CentreTown **_is seeking an energetic, talented, passionate and dedicated professional to join our management team.

**O**ur managers are held at a high standard with clear expectations to be the leader of the restaurant, the ambassadors of our product and the executor of our hospitality. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be an integral member of our team. You will be the expert for the front of house operations of the restaurant, you will be the go-to person when the General Manager is not in the building and you will partner with the kitchen to execute quality product and service to each guest.

**O**ur Managers must set up the restaurant for success by recruiting, training, scheduling and coaching team members. Managers are expected to communicate job expectations to their team members as well as their fellow managers. Managers must plan, monitor and review operational procedures.

**W**e look to our Managers to inspire, train and develop their team on a daily basis.

**Managers will**:

- _Provide daily leadership and development to Team Members_
- _Know and comply with all **Browns SocialHouse** Policies and Standards_
- _Assist with building restaurant sales, and maintaining budget through the P&L_
- _Process all reports in a timely manner_
- _Co-ordinate and conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain daily communication for Food, Wine and Beverage details as they relate to service._
- _Develop and maintain staff's product knowledge through ongoing training with the utilization of seminars and tastings._

**Our Managers need to**:

- _2-3 Years management experience_
- _Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members._
- _Maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor in high-volume situations. _
- _Ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft Office Suite programs and Squirrel (POS) systems._
- _Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members_
- _Show and provide effective leadership and problem solving skills_
- _Provide a strong, detailed orientated training to all team members_

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
