**1VALET** is looking for a **Supply Chain Manager** to join our team in Toronto. **Working Environment**:This is an in-office role and must report to our Markham office daily. Travel around the GTA will also be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute on all required daily supply chain and logistics responsibilities (reporting, ordering, inbound & outbound shipments, packing slips, customs, inventory tracking & inventory counts, customer updates, etc)
- Optimize existing logistics process to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs where possible
- Work closely with the sales team to understand current and future demand. Build a robust hardware forecast that will be used for material and finished goods ordering
- Report to senior management through weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI dashboards
- Design and develop inventory management metrics, inventory planning and replenishment, ensuring the in-stock and turn targets are achieved
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic vendors, ensure compliance of the vendor in accordance to contractual terms especially around product pricing and supply
- Work with Finance to conduct PO price audits to ensure full accuracy versus negotiated terms
- Calculate financial impact of vendor price changes, leverage consumption and historical factors to determine annual spend impact to be used in negotiations with suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Must be located in the Greater Toronto Area
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required
- Experience ordering subcomponents within a production or manufacturing company
- Technical purchasing experience
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong asset: supply chain experience at a security, construction, or PropTech company
