**Specific to this posting**:
Bachelor of Education (Elementary)
Major in French and fluency equivalent to a native speaker in both written and oral French
Board certified to teach French Immersion
Two years successful classroom experience at the elementary level including French Immersion classes
Thorough knowledge of the elementary French Immersion curriculum
Demonstrated use of highly successful instructional strategies for elementary students in an integrated environment
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Ability to adjust curriculum and assessment strategies to meet the needs of a wide range of students
