- Administer the sales team's variable compensation program
- Establish the financial price forecast for packaging sales
- Respond to requests relating to sustainable development requirements

In order to do so, you’ll have to:

- Ensure the continuous improvement of current processes
- Be action oriented
- Excellent organizational and planning skills and thoroughness
- Demonstrate analytical skills, autonomy and a high level of initiative

- A Bachelor's degree in finance, administration or accounting;
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
- Have a CPA designation or be in the process of obtaining it (an asset);
- Be bilingual
- Knowledge of SAP & Power B I (strong assets)
