The Treasury Administrator is part of Future Electronics’ Corporate Treasury team and plays an integral role in supporting the team’s daily activities. Typical tasks include managing global cash positions, investments, foreign exchange and working capital transactions. The Administrator-Treasury also helps with bank account management, payment investigations and runs Treasury-related reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Update information on the treasury workstation platform.
- Download/upload electronic files from/to financial institutions.
- Produce the daily global cash consolidation report.
- Prepare short-term cash forecasts.
- Update the treasury database which includes, but is not limited to, global bank account profiles, bank account activities, monthly interest and fees calculations, etc.
- Serve bank platform administrator and investigate bank payments and transactions as required.

Qualifications and Experience
- College degree with a concentration in Finance and 1 year experience with a Financial Institution or in Corporate Treasury or,
- 3 years experience in a relevant field.
- Computer literate with strong MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems like Kyriba would be an asset.
