Fall Season September 2- October 31, 2025

**Compensation**:$115.38 Daily + Room and Board

Reports to: Director Outdoor Education

The Camp

Job Outline

Kandalore is currently seeking enthusiastic applicants to join our Outdoor Education Centre team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate groups and lead OEC activities
- Adapt teaching styles to suit the different and unique characteristics of each group
- Support program development
- Contribute to a positive camp environment
- Assist with site maintenance

Required Certifications:

- Standard First Aid with CPR-C
- Bronze Cross
- CRC with Vulnerable Sector Screening

Desirable Certifications
- WAFA or WFR
- NL Certification
- ORKA 3,4 or Camp Canoeing Instruction certification
