**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct support to children and adolescents in educational or recreational settings.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning, social interaction, and personal development.
- Foster positive relationships with youth, encouraging their participation and self-expression.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to create individualized plans that meet the specific needs of each child.
- Monitor and document the progress of youth in various programs.
- Assist in managing behavioral challenges through positive reinforcement strategies.
- Educate youth on important life skills, including communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with adolescents is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with youth from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A background in education or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
