**What would you be doing?**

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the productivity of their retail location and will be overseeing many aspects of the day-to-day store operations. The Retail Manager’s main goal is to work closely with the Retail Operations Managers to drive sales targets, manage inventory levels, and maintain an effective and efficient work environment, with a focus on customer service.

Number of Direct Reports: 15-17

**What are we looking for?**
- Someone who will build a retail team through recruitment best practices, effective onboarding, and coaching and developing, all while providing a very hands on approach.
- An individual who is comfortable adapting to and driving change.
- Someone who will support the company vision, and promote company culture and values, while creating a psychologically safe environment.

**What should you have?**
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience required
- Minimum 2 year commercial or college program
- Demonstrated success as a leader

**Salary**: $56,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
