**What You’ll Do**:

- **Take the Lead**:Oversee and manage all on-site activities for this 4-storey wood-frame project.
- **Collaborate and Coordinate**:Work with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets high standards.
- **Deliver with Precision**:Keep the project on track, both on budget and on time, while upholding rigorous safety protocols.
- **Team Up for Success**:Partner closely with the project team to tackle challenges and foster a collaborative, goal-driven environment.
- **Champion Safety**:Prioritize safety by overseeing compliance and WorkSafe BC regulations, striving for a zero-incident outcome.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 7+ years as a Superintendent, ideally in residential or wood-frame construction.
- **Results Orientation**:Proven record of delivering multi-million dollar projects within budget and schedule.
- **Leadership & Communication**:Exceptional skills in driving results and inspiring teams.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**:Familiarity with WorkSafe BC and other industry standards.
- **Flexibility to Work in Sechelt**:Ability to be onsite for the duration of the project.
