**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
As a team player this role works in collaboration with Decision Support Staff and clinical programs. Support the collection of accurate and timely data, and information to support strategic, regional and operational decision making across PRHC. Supports reporting, and related systems associated with Ministry of Health, Local Health Integrated Network, Ontario Renal Network, Cancer Care Ontario and internal management reporting.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:
Community College or University Graduate in business or health care related program

3 years related experience in a health care environment preferred

**WHO YOU ARE**:
Familiarity with healthcare databases and performance requirements (CIHI, CCO, ORN, LHIN, MOHLTCH, Intellihealth). Experience with other databases considered an asset.

Exceptional communication, customer service, interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively cross functionally.

Demonstrated experience in data quality, process improvement, ability to prioritize and manage multiple overlapping projects within required timelines

Ability to analysis, research and interpret data and strong attention to detail required

Computer knowledge and advance level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)

Demonstrated experience coordinating among diverse stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals and objectives required. Team player with the ability to initiate and model positive change.

Knowledge of financial/statistical information, health information systems and use of BI tools/Report Writing Software (ie: SAS, SQL, Visual studio, Crystal Reports) or other statistical software considered an asset
