**Job Summary**
- Working as part of the management team to maintain daily performance expectations
- Daily resource utilization and deployment
- Dynamic and Strategic planning and problem-solving
- Coordinate and lead civil crews and subcontractors to ensure quality control, production, and project schedules are performed.
- Provide leadership and training for junior employees
- Provide process improvement and innovation feedback to project management team

**Job Type / Category**

Complete Utility provides quality utility and infrastructure construction throughout the Lower Mainland, BC. This is a full time permanent position.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- 3 to 5 years of Civil experience
- Superior leadership skills
- Superior communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with management and clients
- Superior organizational and time managements skills
- Familiarity with municipal and civil construction standards and specifications
- Detail oriented
- Self motivated
- Understand OH&S safe work practices and procedures
- Familiarity working around existing utilities
- Must have experience with deep excavation and shoring practices
- Must be familiar with heavy equipment utilization
