**JOB SUMMARY**
Leitner-Poma Canada, Inc. Inc. is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Spare Parts Coordinator to assist in receiving, recording and issuing spare and replacement part orders. This role will communicate directly with Leitner-Poma customers, and utilize SAP to assist with the spare parts management system. This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $18.75-24.52 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintains relationships with customers, providing quotes and fulfilling orders accurately & efficiently.
- Coordinates with Purchasing Department to price out and purchase necessary materials & supplies.
- Receives, stores, and organizes incoming parts to ensure proper part identification and inventory accuracy.
- Prepares and ships outgoing orders in a timely and accurate manner, to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Pays close attention to track orders, backorders and outstanding payments and other shipment issues.
- Works closely with expediting personnel to assure orders are processed accurately.
- Accurately records and updates customer & shipment information within the SAP system.
- Participates in regular inventory maintenance and quality control activities, which include auditing parts on-the-shelf to ensure accuracy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or educational equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or parts-related role.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking and management tools.
- Previous experience with SAP or a similar software.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Proficient in English and French.
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Advanced degree or certification in supply chain management or similar field.
- Experience coordinating international shipments and communicating with foreign suppliers.
