Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Operate Laptop which is used as out POS system (knowledge of Sage would be considered an asset) and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed
  • Upsell products and services to customers to maximize sales opportunities
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism

**Requirements**

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Previous experience in customer service or cashiering
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable as the job is every weekend (Saturdays 10-4 and Sundays 12-4)

The ability to work other days when needed to cover appointments, vacations, sick days, would be considered an asset.
