**A day in the life**

**You will**:

- Place and receive orders, manage all Liquor Board Distribution reports and any issues that arise with ordering, receiving and deliveries
- Manage special orders, stock out issues, contacting customers, arranging payment and delivery
- Submit new product items
- Work in conjunction with other supervisors to ensure regular cycle counting each quarter
- Manage inventory for events, samples, tasting bar and training to ensure all inventory is accounted for
- Back stock inventory management
- Be mindful of customer and industry trends in order to identify opportunities to expand customer base and increase store traffic
- Lead by example at all times
- Participate in consistent coaching and mentoring of your team
- Maintain open communication with the Leadership team

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years retail or customer service experience
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent industry knowledge
- 1-2 years of leadership experience is a bonus
- Experience coaching/mentoring a team
- Experience with inventory management is an asset
- Understanding of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Publisher)
- Serving it Right certificate

Pay: $43,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
