**Our expectations**:
Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis “FP&A” - Supply Chain, the Manager FP&A - Distribution Centers will work closely with management and actively participate in the success of the company. The Manager FP&A - Distribution Centers is responsible for period-end analysis in support of the accounting team and oversees the preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts for all Distribution Centers across Canada. He/she ensures the quality of financial information and contributes, through his/her leadership, in creating a favorable to teamwork environment.

**Your role**:

- Act as a financial advisor for supply chain management teams, mainly distribution centers’ management team;
- Responsible for reviewing annual budgets and financial forecasts of all distribution centers while coordinating will all interdependent departments;
- Coordinate the analysis and monitoring of financial results on monthly basis;
- Consolidate financial information of all distribution centers and prepare financial presentations for executives;
- Establish and maintain solid business relationships with distribution centers’ management team;
- Participate in various special projects and financial analysis requests in order to optimize distribution centers’ productivity and performance;
- Support, lead and mobilize a team of three financial analysts
- All related ad hoc tasks.

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting. Recognized professional (CFA/CPA) designation is considered an asset;
- At least 5 years of experience as a financial analyst with management experience;
- Retail experience, inventory management and/or supply chain is considered an asset;
- Business acumen, ability to understand and interpret complex themes;
- Show initiative, proactivity, resourcefulness, autonomy, results oriented, attention to details and quality of work;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to summarize and present financial information to executives;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enjoys working in a team
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment;
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel);
