With the company’s continued growth and the strong loyalty between employees, management, and ownership, these opportunities are well within reach for those who join us now in 2025. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Britespan Structure Construction**: Learn to construct Britespan structures (commonly referred to as "Cover-Alls") for commercial and agricultural clients. You will gain experience reading blueprints, assembling structural components, and finishing the project with tasks like framing overhead doors and installing metal cladding for side and end walls. - **Cover-All Fabric Replacement**: Join a dedicated team responsible for replacing the fabric covers of older Cover-All structures, ensuring continued service for our clients. - **Pre-Engineered Steel Installations**: Work on a growing team specializing in the construction of pre-engineered steel buildings, such as dairy barns and large warehouses. You will learn how to read drawings, assemble rigid frame structures, and finish with metal cladding and flashing. **What you will bring along**: - the ability to communicate, can easily adjust to changes in the workday, problem solve, and work together with a team - Construction experience is an asset - Comfort working at heights is essential.
