As a Client Account Associate, you will be trained to be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered by our clients. You will work closely with pre-qualified customers to enhance their experience, elevate the reputation of our clients within the local community, and position them for success. We are seeking individuals who are exceptionally motivated, results-driven, and eager to tackle new challenges and seize opportunities as our company broadens its influence in new and emerging markets.

Client Account Associate Responsibilities:

- Guide new and existing customers through our services, offering in-depth and precise information to guarantee full understanding.
- Provide exemplary customer service by following up on installations and ensuring the seamless execution of products and services.
- Customize pricing packages to align with customer preferences and specific requirements.
- Address customer inquiries with urgency, providing impactful solutions that foster retention and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Engage in weekly training sessions to deepen product and service knowledge, ensuring you remain at the forefront of industry trends.
- Collaborate with Senior Client Account Manager Trainees to refine new skills that contribute to the development of a cohesive and high-performing team.

Client Account Associate Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is highly desirable.
- Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Self-driven and resolute in meeting and surpassing performance targets.
- An affable personality with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Solution-focused, with the ability to thrive in evolving environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
