FLINT is seeking an Ironworker Foreperson with industrial experience for a temporary assignment in Sparwood, BC starting August 17th, 2025. In this position, you will enjoy a straight through schedule, 12-hour workdays, LOA of $180/day, travel pay, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. Hourly rate for an employee is $55.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an industrial setting.
- Valid Journeyperson Ironworker certificate/ticket.
- Valid BC Mines Supervisor ticket preferred.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:

- CSTS-2020
- Fall Protection
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.

**Additional Information**

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
