Job Duties:

- Ensure The Customer’s Total and Complete Satisfaction (Show our Customers We Care)
- Reviewing daily reports
- Emblems when asked by management
- Restocking Supplies
- The Team Member is responsible for receiving and processing customers' garments, accurately recording their information, and ensuring a smooth check-in process
- Inspect each garment for stains, damage, or special care instructions
- Attach proper identification tags to garments to ensure accurate tracking
- Record detailed information about each garment, including customer preferences or instructions
- Organize and sort garments by department for efficient processing
- Enter customer and garment information accurately into the computer system
- Verify customer information, contact details
- Able to collaborate effectively and work as a team or independently ensure the customer is happy.
- Handling cash (processing payment & reconciling payments and receipts at end of day.
- Ensure safety of yourself, fellow employees & customers by following company safe work practices & procedures
- Report any unsafe working conditions or equipment
- Participate in safety incidents investigation
- Participate with continuous improvement initiatives
- Continuous Improvement of systems & processes (**let’s get lean**)
- Maintain a clean safe work area at all times
- Following all safe work practices & use of PPE when and where needed
- Keeping Up With Store Cleanliness (General housekeeping duties)
- Other duties assigned
- Operating machines (maintenance cleaning schedule)
- Assembling items
- Folding/Hanging items.
- Working with plant lead to ensure that daily work is completed
- Participating in morning meetings
- Spotting and pressing of garments

Requirements for Employment:

- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using softwares

- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple orders efficiently
- Accuracy of order information and garment identification
- Efficiency in processing check-ins and minimizing wait times

- Standing for long periods of time
- Physical ability to lift large loads of garments
- Communication effectively verbal and written
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Curiosity-Asks why, not just a doer but someone who wants to understand & find a better way
