**YOUR MISSION**

**The Advisor - Information Management** will be responsible for contributing to the implementation, maintenance and evolution of all information management processes and technical documentation for shows. Reporting to the head of the Information Management team, you will contribute to the implementation of document management structures and of methodologies that are flexible, evolutive and adapted to the needs of our shows. Your main objective will be to participate in ensuring the efficient processing of information, particularly related to show and site equipment, throughout our corporate platforms.

- Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of all information management processes and methods related to the technical documentation of the shows.
- Collaborate with various IT stakeholders to ensure the proper functioning and availability of electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Update the classification, codification, navigation, and identification of shows technical information and propose improvements.
- Support all teams directly related to technical equipment and infrastructure in regard to the technical documentation management and carry out searches in an operational support context.
- Actively participate in documentation migrations and classifications.
- Analyze the requirements of Show Support teams in terms of document management and development of new EDM functionalities adapted to their needs.
- Collaborate with other specialists to provide trainings, communications, and change management.
- Collaborate, together with all stakeholders, in the quality control of documentation (content, language, validity, classification, model used, etc.) and support the various departments in the preparation, drafting or revision of various documents.

**YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE**
- Degree in computer science, document management, shows production, or equivalent experience in site or technical equipment.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in electronic document management systems or a technical field related to production or operations of shows.
- Good knowledge of electronic document management systems, particularly MS365 (SharePoint, Teams).
- Knowledge of CAD, DAM, or ePDM tools is an asset.
- Knowledge of technical or artistic documentation in a context of creation, production or operations of shows.
- Experience with the technical operations of shows, an asset.
- Quick learner when it comes to new computer or IT systems.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both French and English.
- Ability to maintain excellent interpersonal relationships in an advisory role to teams.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
