Inside Sales Associate - Strathroy
**Reports to**: Store Manager

**Position Summary**:

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless shopping experience from the moment customers enter the store. **Key Responsibilities**:Customer Interaction**:

- Acknowledge customers promptly with a friendly can do approach upon entry and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash terminal proficiently, handling transactions, issuing receipts, and processing returns and exchanges.

**Product Expertise**:

- Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on a wide range of department products.
- Stay updated on new products and their features through Online tools available in store, Vendor and other product knowledge training sessions.

**Sales Objectives**:

- Actively participate in achieving sales objectives set by the Branch Leadership Team.

**Promotions and Inventory**:

- Stay informed about current promotions and flyer prices.
- Support cycle counts and inventory checks as directed by Management.

**Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain floor plans to ensure a tidy and organized sales environment.
- Keep checkout work stations clean, tidy, and clutter-free.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to policies and procedures related to loss prevention, product breakage, and health and safety regulations.

**Additional Duties**:

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
