**THE QUALIFICATIONS**:
The following qualifications are preferred:

- A minimum of 5 years related experience is preferred
- Proficient in current technology, GIS knowledge an asset
- Registered, or eligible for registration, with the Association of Saskatchewan Forest Professionals
- Knowledgeable in current forest legislation
- Valid driver’s License with a clean abstract

**THE DUTIES**:
Based out of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and under the direct supervision of the Woodlands Manager, the Woodlands Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Carrier’s forest operations associated with its allocation in the Sakaw Askiy FMA, and any other third party volume purchased by the company.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Being accountable for contractor safety, performance, and environmental leadership in the operations.
- Develop strategies and provide leadership and direction to improve safety, reduce operational costs, enhance log value and maximize margins while meeting mill requirements.
- Plan and execute annual road, harvest and post-harvest programs.
- Participate in various contract negotiations
- Professional interaction with Government personnel and industry partners
