**Job Title**: General Labourer / Jobsite Foreman (Construction)

**Location**: Edson, AB and surrounding area

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Wage**: Competitive - hourly or salary available (based on experience)
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
**Pay Frequency**: Weekly (every Friday)

Rocket Roofing Inc. is looking to add hardworking, reliable individuals to our construction team. We’re hiring both **General Labourers** and **Jobsite Foremen/Crew Leaders** for full-time, year-round work. You'll be part of a trusted local company with steady projects in roofing, siding, soffit/fascia, framing, landscaping, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with or lead various exterior construction tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Operate power tools and jobsite equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Represent Rocket Roofing professionally on-site and with customers
- Foreman role includes supervising a crew and coordinating daily jobsite activities

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in construction or exterior work
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team
- Leadership experience required for Foreman applicants
