Join a retail marketing team with blue-chip clients We set the strategy of in-store and retail environments focused on consumer experience. We bring value to our retail clients in terms of in-store marketing, print and training programs.
Reporting to the accounts team, the Account Manager’s responsibilities are to support marketing and visual campaigns, manage client interaction, lead in-store communications, prototyping, planograms, and provide merchandising direction and design support to ensure best-in-class execution.
**Marketing and Visual Support**:
- Support project fulfillment including print elements, visual merchandising and prototyping
- Determine and propose proportions and materials for display
- Create step-by-step visual directives to help store reps install elements
- Test and source different substrate and print production processes
- Update and create new merchandising planograms
**Other responsibilities include**:
- Manage multiple inputs including production, quality, vendors and shipping to ensure projects are on time and of highest quality
- Chair regular meetings with client and agency personnel, including status meetings, prototype sessions and project management
- Liaise with the team on timing and execution
- Compile and communicate weekly reports to owners including sales update
**Demonstrated Skills**:
- Channel sales support and Visual Merchandising experience
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for print, retail and merchandising excellence
- Creative individual who could collaborate with different stakeholders to reinvent the client's retail environment
**Education and Experience**:
- Post-secondary degree in, Marketing or Visual Merchandising
- Experience in channel execution programs
- Advanced skills in MS Office including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
- Disciplined approach to planning and execution with excellent attention to accuracy and detail
- Organized team-player with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
