### Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team. You will be responsible for jobsite prep work. This will involve general labor duties as well as operating a mini excavator or mini skid steer, driving and installing helical piles into the ground to provide structural support for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires expertise in operating heavy machinery and working in challenging environments.

## Duties:

- Operate pile driving equipment to drive and install helical piles into the ground
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate pile placement
- Inspect and maintain pile driving equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Coordinate with other construction workers to ensure proper alignment and positioning of piles
- Assist in the preparation of work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on piles, such as repairing or replacing damaged sections

## Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an equipment operator or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for pile restoration or repair
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
