**Responsibilities and Requirement**:

- This role requires someone with strong Salesforce fundamentals. Solutioning through 'out of the box' capabilities in SalesForce.
- A senior developer who is not reliant on tech leads to solution everything for the developers.
- Given a story/requirement, they should be able to determine if standard Salesforce features can meet the requirement or if customization is required.
- Ability to complete integrations without coding understanding the different ways to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
