As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Supervisor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure quality and consistency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and update menu offerings.
- Assist in creating and executing daily specials and promotions.
- Ensure efficient use of kitchen equipment and resources.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Implement and enforce food quality and presentation standards.
- Work closely with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Food Handlers certificate.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
