Precision Accessories and Instruments Canada (PAI C) mission is to provide industry leading aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services and supply chain logistics worldwide. PAG’s trademarked ISMRO service - Inventory Supported Maintenance Repair & Overhaul - combines parts distribution with Repair Station support. This strategic approach allows our customer-base to increase utilization of their spares and maximizes their aircraft availability.

As we continue to add capabilities and increase internal through put, we are looking for a MRO Workshop Technician to join our organization and help grow our team.

**About the Role**

**Qualifications & experience**

  • General Mechanical Aptitude is an asset
  • Displayed experience in technical aviation component MRO work is preferred but not essential
  • Commercial aviation experience is advantageous but not essential
  • General Computer Knowledge is an asset

**Tasks & responsibilities**

  • Complete all Maintenance, Repair or Overhaul work on components in accordance with technical documents and company procedures
  • Attain and maintain competency in the operation and upkeep of all workshop test equipment and machinery
  • Ensure compliance with all company, regulatory and manufacturers’ procedures
  • Process and complete all maintenance records and reports
  • Partake in and comply with all instruction and requirements during company, regulatory or customer audits
  • Complete in house training requirements
