AGT Products Inc. is a Canadian manufacturer of patented products used in basement remodeling, including the top 2 selling brands of subflooring panels, an all-in-one basement wall finishing panel, and a family of concrete repair products. Brands include: DRICORE, BARRICADE and RHINO Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Products.

- The role is responsible for the planning, creation, and delivery of all Marketing initiatives for multiple channels.
- To succeed in this position, you will bring the ability to engage the consumer in this changing environment.
- **What will you do?**_
- Support Marketing and Sales by assisting in the development, implementation and evaluation of integrated marketing and advertising programs across all consumer touchpoint in Canada and the US.
- Proactively monitor and report on program performance and post program evaluation
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on the production of creative assets
- Maintain and update key digital platforms including website and social media.
- Provide print/digital marketing collateral in support of sales management and product development.
- Development of package design
- Video and photography creation and editing for internal and external marketing and communications
- Development of e-commerce product pages and assets for retail partners which includes, Home Depot, Lowes, Menards and Amazon
- **Who are you?**_
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and website development
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field
- Experience in website development such as Wordsmith, HTML, and JavaScript
- Education or experience in photography and video development and editing
- Experience working with marketing automation software and CRM databases is an asset
- Have a keen eye for clean design
- Ability to execute tactical direction both flawlessly and efficiently
- Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to succeed with mínimal supervision in a deadline driven environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Graphic design: 2 years (preferred)
- Website development: 2 years (preferred)
