Capital Integral Property Management, is looking for a full-time bilingual Office Administrator. You will work closely with the Property Manager, the Board of Directors, and employees to manage the day-to-day operations of a condominium and general administrative needs. This is a fast-paced position that requires you to be organized and a multi-tasker who is able to think fast on their feet.

**Skills Required**:

- High school graduation
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Office Administrator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and interests
- Communication/interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple disruptions
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- CondoWorks and/or quickbooks knowledge would be an asset
- Criminal Record Check required

Liaise with owners/tenants, contractors, lawyers, auditors, staff, other rental properties, City of Ottawa personnel, government agencies, community and social agencies, and councilors.

Assist Property Manager with special projects as required.

Provide administrative, financial and clerical support to the Property Manager and the Board of Directors.

Respond to inquiries/complaints from owners/tenants.

Establish, and maintain all databases, spreadsheets, forms, policies, procedures and By-Laws.

Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly Board meetings and Annual General Meeting (AGM), including materials for distribution.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le gestionnaire immobilier, le conseil d'administration et les employés pour gérer les opérations quotidiennes d'une copropriété et les besoins administratifs généraux. **Compétences requises**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience en tant qu’administrateur de bureau
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais et en français
- Capacité à travailler avec un groupe diversifié de personnes et d'intérêts
- Compétences en service à la clientèle, capacité à faire preuve de jugement / tact / sensibilité et diplomatie
- Excellente attention aux détails
- Très organisé
- Capacité à travailler sous pression avec de multiples perturbations
- Capacité à être ingénieux et proactif lorsque des problèmes surviennent
- Connaissance de CondoWorks et / ou de quickbooks serait un atout
- Vérification du casier judiciaire requise

**Description du poste compressé**:
Assurer la liaison avec les propriétaires / locataires, les entrepreneurs, les avocats, les vérificateurs, le personnel, les autres immeubles locatifs, le personnel de la Ville d'Ottawa, les organismes gouvernementaux, les organismes communautaires et sociaux et les conseillers.

Aider le gestionnaire de l’immeuble avec des projets spéciaux au besoin.

Fournir un soutien administratif, financier et soutenir le gestionnaire de l’immeuble et le Conseil d'administration.

Répondre aux demandes / plaintes des propriétaires / locataires.

Établir et maintenir toutes les bases de données, feuilles de calcul, formulaires, politiques, procédures et règlements.

Aider à la préparation des réunions hebdomadaires / mensuelles du Conseil et l’Assemblée générale annuelle (AGA), y compris les documents à distribuer.
