**About the Job**:

- Within the system administration team, you will onboard the Level 3 windows server support team.
- You will be responsible for supporting our clients and delivering the projects.
- Our 3500+ server North American scope requires strong industrialization skills.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Work integrated in an agile organized team to deliver windows support and projects
- Follow up on Clients requests and incidents. Work with them as a business partner in total transparency
- Participate in the Follow the Sun support by providing support for Europe and Asia
- Propose innovative and industrial solutions to automatize your repetitive tasks and improve team's efficiency
- Participate in the common automation effort by collaborating actively with the various feature teams
- Manage the activity based on ITIL Framework (Change management, Incident/Request management)
- Onboard the teams' routine and participate in overtime operations at least once a Month
- Make sure our databases on Microsoft clusters are stable and optimized
- Work closely with our Bangalore based Level 1/2 on our service optimization

**Work Schedule**:
During the week you will be assigned with at least one support shift (as the team covers each other when necessary).

A shift is either from 8am-5pm or 10am-7pm.

You will need to participate to maintenance operations, continuity tests on Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays.

You will need to onboard the On-call covering 7pm - 8am for one week approximately every seven weeks
