**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential settings, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during the cleaning process.
- Communicate with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules, supplies needed, and any maintenance issues.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
- Follow all safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures.

Pay: $19.32-$21.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
