They will be committed to sharing the education sector's goal of transforming First Nations and Métis Education and improving outcomes for First Nations, Métis and Inuit children and youth over the next decade through the new Provincial Education Plan (PEP) framework. They will advocate for programs and initiatives that reflect Indigenous perspectives, worldviews, cultures, and languages. A deep knowledge of instructional strategies, assessment, and curriculum is essential. Applicants must be collaborative, organized, and able to foster positive connections with other professionals.
