**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate plumbing systems into new builds or renovations.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas needing repair.
- Execute heavy lifting as required for installations or repairs of plumbing components.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Familiarity with construction processes and carpentry skills is preferred.
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during installations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for job tasks.
- Experience with assembly processes related to plumbing fixtures and components is an asset.

- Experience in Poly B piping replacements in condo building would be an asset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines of project. Ability to instruct and train/ supervise apprentice onsite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
