**Job Overview**

**Duties**

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment and work areas.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in meal preparation or food handling within the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
- Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and improve culinary skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
