We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. The Shop Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring that our workspace is organized and efficient, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality cabinet solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the shop environment
- Support the assembly process of custom cabinets and closet parts
- Ensure tools and materials are properly stored and maintained
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Participate in inventory management as needed
- Assist with quality control checks on finished products
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment is an asset
- Good organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
