**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Plan, manage, and execute physical security projects from initial concept to final completion.
- Oversee end-users’ security platform training and manage the applicable documents.
- Document processes and procedures (Technical and non-technical security related).
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software-related settings in Lenel OnGuard (Software installation, network, access panels, readers).
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software related setting in Avigilon CCTV systems (Video analytics, network video management, and cameras).
- Windows server support (services status, database backup, logs review, automated tasks).
- Conduct comprehensive site security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and enforce physical security policies, standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with global security protocols.
- Manage the delivery and roll-out of several operational and transformation projects simultaneously.
- Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes.
- Ensures all security equipment and systems are operating in accordance with operating procedures.

**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience**:

- You have a bachelor degree and relevant experience in the field of security.
- You have three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a physical security technology department.
- You have ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP) or other industry-related certification is an asset.
- You have thorough knowledge of security-related systems.
- You are recognized for your strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- You possess thorough knowledge of local and international security processes and standards.
- You are recognized for your solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage priorities.
- You are bilingual in English and French, spoken and written. Spanish is an asset.
- You have the ability to be discreet and ensure confidentiality.
- You possess a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- You are flexible regarding your availability.
- You are recognized for your project management skills.
- You are available to travel to Bombardier’s global footprint.
- You are moderate to advanced in MS Office 365.
- You have extensive knowledge of physical security technologies.
- You are LenelS2 OnGuard certified an asset. Specialized knowledge in Windows Server.
- You have specialized knowledge in Avigilon installation and configuration.
- You possess experience managing security projects / leading teams.
- You are recognized for your clear and concise oral and written communications skills.
- You have an understanding and knowledge of Cybersecurity
