Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. During this program, you will be a contributor to the success of a dynamic team that focuses on enterprise architecture, improving user experience, and managing relationships with key business partners.
- Partnering with enterprise architects on key design concepts that can be deployed across the organization
- Support the creation of technology roadmap and lifecycle management plans
- Producing and analyzing operational reports from Service Now to highlight anomalies, identify trends, and identify proactive measures to reduce the number of incidents and unplanned outages
- Assisting in the development of user adoption strategy and communication plans for enterprise technology projects

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 18 years or older
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent
- Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
- Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program following the potential internship or co-op assignment with an accredited college or university
- Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
- Student must be located in Canada for the duration of the internship

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of data models designed to utilize Cloud-based technologies such as Amazon Web Services, S3, Snowflake, and Databricks
- Ability to connect with business partners to understand desired system functionality and translate to user stories
- Experience with test plan management and user experience design in an agile operating environment
