**Responsibilities**:

- Load/unload Spence vehicles with proper equipment/products for specific assignment.
- Ability to drive equipment such as Forklift, Pickup trucks, Crane, etc.
- Works with various chemicals and materials including but not limited to fiberglass, concrete, epoxy, PCV among others.
- Proper cleaning and operation of Spence equipment.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Project Manager.

**Environment / Setting**:

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- Noisy conditions periodically
- Wet or humid conditions (indoors)
- Improperly illuminated and confined work space.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Ability to read and understand work instructions, documents, correspondence, and memos.
- Effective communication skills which include verbal and written in English
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions - compute rate, ratio, and percent.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to operate and lift-weight bearing equipment that can weigh up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to wear a respirator as needed and/or required based on assignment
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for differential chemical processes as necessary.
- Standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, climbs and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience with industrial fiberglass maintenance repairs.
- Experience reading, understanding, and following construction drawings and procedures.
- Good decision making and prioritization skills and can work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Salary**: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
