Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager for Uponor will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation and is critical to supporting the strategy, development, and execution of innovative, account-based programs and campaigns. The Marketing Manager will drive leads, pipeline, and revenue growth within Canada, along with supporting partner and loyalty programs more broadly across North America.
What will you do?
- Serves as key marketing manager for partner marketing, including Distributors, large customer groups, and loyalty programs.
- Provides Canadian marketing intel, serving as key contributor to demand generation campaigns and UNA content. Maintains high-level of communications and interactions with Sales and other field personnel. Identifies key sales needs and integrates requirements into the overall UNA sales and marketing plan.
- Support local sales and marketing initiatives, including logistic planning, swag, and on-site support for Canadian national and regional trade shows, including some travel.
- Project manage tri-lingual translation initiatives for marketing content to be used across UNA.
What will you need?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a professional marketing role.
- 5-7 years of related experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications or similar is required.
- Must use an effective and approachable communication style to engage others and build credibility and rapport.
- Must be self-starter, goal-oriented, and take initiative to achieve objectives.
- Proven success working cross-functionally within US/Canada Organization to ensure collaboration on shared goals and resources.
- Strong project management, analytical and collaborative skills
- Creative thinker that can adapt to new marketing strategies and tactics
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, and must have the ability to create strong working partnerships.
- English and French bilingual fluency preferred., but not required.
