**Kids' Campus Child Care Centre is Hiring - School Age After School Program Support Staff.**

**Job Details**:
We are looking for a Early Childhood Assistant to join & support our after school program at our Jack Miner location

The shift of the position is 2:15pm-5:15pm Monday to Friday.

On PA Days, March Break, Summer and Winter Break there is a possibility that the shift will be up to 8 hours per day.

**Requirements**:
Acknowledges and responds to the needs of each child

Assist the Registered Early Childhood Educator in planning and implementing a program that follows the lead of the children and creates an inclusive and stimulating environment to encourage each child to explore and learn on various topics of interest.

Maintains open and regular communication with co-workers

Ability to communicate verbally and written

Demonstrates skills working as a team player

Maintain confidentiality at all times

Attend and participate in all program /centre meetings and events as required

**Qualifications**:
Valid Certificate for CPR and Standard First Aid

Up to date immunizations including 2 step TB (Tuberculosis) test.

Criminal background check including vulnerable sector

Early Childhood Education Assistant diploma or Knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years act is considered an asset
