**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and interact with children in a safe and engaging manner.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide care for children, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with personal hygiene.
- Create a welcoming environment that encourages children's socialization and emotional growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support children.
- Observe children's behavior and development, documenting progress as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to educate and engage children through creative play and structured activities.
- A nurturing attitude combined with patience and flexibility in handling various situations.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $19.20-$23.86 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
