Here's how a(n) Scheduler for our Regina office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with internal stakeholders
- Knowing the contract schedule requirements.
- Contributes in the planning and scheduling process through various construction phases (preconstruction, construction, system completions, etc.).
- Assists project management to create and monitor short term schedules and determine the impact on the master schedule.
- Ability to create complex schedules and content.
- Updates the schedule logic.
- Implements subcontractor schedules into the master project schedule and track progress.
- Incorporates resource and or load costing data into schedules as required and align the schedule to other project management tools.
- Ensures all scheduling policies, procedures and standards are adhered to and collaborates with district leadership team. Complete schedule audits with project teams.
- Ability to analyze information given regarding construction progress or delays
- Understands change management requirements and tracking of the impacts on the project schedule.

**Qualifications**:

- A Construction management, Engineering Technology or engineering degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience
- General understanding of planning and scheduling principles, best practices, and techniques
- Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work under strict timelines and being flexible to changing needs
- Working knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera P6 EPPM
- Advanced knowledge of the Critical Path Scheduling method related to the construction industry.
- Travel may be required.
