Temporary Loader Operator

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Operate a variety of mobile equipment and tools related to production and or maintenance.
- Working with the plant operator to optimize fibre moving from storage piles to the plant for storage and the production process.
- Ensure the highest level of safety standards, including compliance with all applicable government regulations and corporate policies.
- Perform cleaning tasks and projects inside and outside of equipment daily and as assigned by your supervisor.
- Report safety incidents and or infractions.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality control.

**Minimum Requirements** (Experience, Education, Qualifications, Skills, Abilities)
- A strong safety mindset
- Ability to and previous experience operating mobile equipment.
- Equipment Operator certification will be considered an asset.
- The ability to complete online and paper forms or basic checklists.
- You are adaptable to changes in work schedule and tasks as required.
- You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an industrial environment will be considered an asset.
- You are a strong communicator.
- Good mechanical aptitude would be considered an asset.
- Level 3 First Aid Certification would be considered an asset.
